Warranty Guide for Hisense Home Appliances
Air Conditioners:
• Because of clogged air filter mesh, you may occasionally experience performance issues with your air conditioners. Cleaning the same will remedy this. The user manual for your product should provide the procedure. Alternatively, you can get assistance from our Customer Contact Center, who can walk you through the steps. This cannot be interpreted as a flaw in the product.
• In most cases, a typical installation charge depending on the amount of material needed is assessed during the product installation. If extra materials such as pipes, wood logs, switches, wire, etc. are needed for the installation, the cost will be in addition to the usual installation fees.
• It might be necessary to top off the gas in your air conditioner more than once to maintain optimal performance if the compressor and indoor unit are situated farther apart than is typical. There will be a fee for this.
• In the event that a compressor or condenser needs to be replaced during the warranty term for a particular part, refilling gas or coolant will incur fees.
Refrigerators:
• If the usage deviates from the instructions handbook, the warrantee is void.
• The refrigerator's rear may occasionally leak water, causing problems for you. Water evaporation, incorrect drainage, or improper defrosting are the causes of this. Draining the extra water will fix this. You may contact our Customer Contact Center, who can walk you through the process, or you can locate the method in the user manual for your product. Nothing about this will be interpreted as a product flaw.
• When replacing a compressor during a part-specific warranty term or when gas or coolant is needed to refill owing to physical damage, there will be a fee.
Washing Machines:
• For your washing machine to function well, the water inlet and drainage lines must be correctly connected. An additional significant factor is the floor's slope, where the machine is situated. Please refer to your user handbook for a new check if you experience any performance issues with the aforementioned. Even our Customer Contact Center is available to assist you.
• When the washing machine is not seated correctly, it can occasionally produce some noise. By examining the machine's seating and adjusting the position, you can fix it. Even incorrect clothing positioning in the washing/drying processes may cause this noise. Before registering a repair service, please make sure the above is correct. The aforementioned should not be interpreted as a product flaw.
